Immanuel Strengthens You in Fear

Fear may weaken your confidence, but it never weakens Elohim’s strength. When fear presses in, Immanuel does not ask you to be strong on your own. He supplies the strength you lack. Elohim’s promise is not that fear will never arise, but that His strength will always be present when it does. Strength from Elohim is not loud or forceful. It is steady, sustaining, and sufficient. When fear makes you feel fragile, Immanuel becomes your reinforcement.

Today, resist the urge to measure your strength by how calm you feel. Measure it by Who is holding you up. You may feel tired, uncertain, or stretched thin, but Immanuel is carrying the weight you cannot bear. His strength shows up exactly where yours runs out.

Where do you feel weak right now, and how can you trust Immanuel to strengthen you instead of pushing through on your own?

Prayer

Yahweh Elohim, I admit where I feel weak today. Thank You that Your strength meets me in that place. Help me rely on You instead of myself. Strengthen me where fear tries to drain me. Amen.
