GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The goal of the Uplift Marriage Ministry is to strengthen marriages by equipping couples with biblical principles, and fostering love, unity, and commitment that reflect Elohim's (God’s) design for marriage thropugh the practice of Uplifting Christ as the foundation of the marriage.
The objective of the Uplift Marriage Ministry is to equip couples with biblical principles and practical tools to foster love, unity, and commitment in their relationship.
Through engaging workshops, retreats, and mentorship, we aim to provide guidance on communication, conflict resolution, and spiritual growth as a couple.
We believe that a thriving marriage is rooted in faith, and we encourage couples to grow together in their walk with Christ through prayer, worship, and intentional discipleship.
Additionally, we strive to cultivate a supportive and uplifting community where couples can connect with others who share their faith journey. Whether newly married, navigating challenges, or celebrating decades of love, every couple can find encouragement and wisdom through fellowship and shared experiences.
Our ministry also prepares engaged couples for a strong start in marriage through premarital counseling, helping them establish a solid foundation before their journey begins. Beyond our church walls, we encourage couples to extend Christ’s love into their families, communities, and beyond, serving as examples of His grace and commitment.
We believe Elohim (God) created and ordained marriage as the building block of the Christian faith. When we look at many of the issues our society faces, most of them can be traced back to the break-down in the marriage. The world has placed an all out attack on married couples, therefore it is critically important that unite together to defend the sanctity of the marriage unite. For many years the enemies strategy has been to divide and conquer, but this ministry will unite married couples so we can share and grow together.
We will produce a culture of Elohim (God) filled Married Couples by loving and lifting Elohim up in our marriages.
We will bring Elohim ( God) Glory by loving and lifting each other up over our selfish desires.
We will impact the world around us by being a visible demonstration of how to love like Christ loves us.
