The Prophesied Rejected One

Father revealed long before Yeshua came that the Messiah would be rejected.

The rejection of Yeshua was not a surprise to Father. Through the prophet Isaiah, centuries before the birth of Christ, Father declared that the Messiah would be despised and rejected. He would carry grief, bear sorrow, and suffer for the sake of others. What people saw as rejection was actually redemption unfolding. Father was preparing the world for a Savior Who would willingly step into suffering so that humanity could be restored. When we remember that even rejection served Father’s plan, we are reminded that He is always working beyond what we can see.

Reflection Question

How does knowing that Father foretold the rejection of Yeshua strengthen your trust in His plan?

Prayer

Father, thank You for showing that nothing in Your plan is accidental. Help me trust You even in moments that are difficult to understand. Amen.

Isaiah 53:3–4 (NKJV)

He is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.
