Misfocus Always Leads to Misplaced Peace
When Peter took his eyes off Yeshua and looked at the wind and waves, fear set in and he began to sink. That’s the danger of misfocusing. Life gets blurry, dark, distorted, and overwhelming. But peace is found in your focus, not your surroundings. Whatever you focus on gets bigger. So today, stop magnifying your problems and magnify your Savior instead.
Reflection Question:
What are you magnifying today—your storm, or your Savior?
Prayer:
Yahweh, open my eyes to see where I’ve misfocused. Help me to shift my gaze back to You so I can walk in peace and not fear. In Yeshua’s name, amen.
