Perfect Peace Is a Promise, Not a Possibility
Elohim has made a covenant to guard those who trust in Him with perfect peace. Not temporary calm. Not partial rest. Perfect and constant peace. This kind of peace is only possible when our minds are steady—focused on Yahweh, not on waves, winds, or worries. Peter had peace while walking on water until he lost focus. You and I are the same. But the good news is: we can refocus anytime. Just like Peter, all it takes is a cry of “Master, save me!” and Yeshua will reach out His hand again. Choose today to shift your gaze from your storm to your Savior.
Reflection Question:
What has your mind been focused on —and what has it cost you?
Prayer:
Yahweh, I confess that I have allowed distractions and doubt to steal my peace. Today, I choose to focus on You again. Be my Rock, my Fortress, and my Peace. Guard my heart and mind through Yeshua, my Messiah. Amen.
Reading:
Isaiah 26:3 (AMP)
You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast—that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character, because he trusts and takes refuge in You with hope and confident expectation.
