Go to the Doctor

Just like a physical heart exam reveals what’s wrong beneath the surface, spiritual healing begins with examination. In Psalm 139, the writer invites Yahweh to search the deepest parts of his mind and heart. That same prayer is your first step toward renewal. Pause today and say, “Yahweh, examine me.” Then sit quietly and journal anything He reveals. Your healing is not in hiding — it’s in the honesty of this sacred exam.
