Correction Produces Holiness and Peace

Correction is never enjoyable in the moment, but it yields a harvest of holiness and peace. Just as an athlete trains with discipline, Elohim’s correction strengthens us for the race of life. If we endure with patience, we will be transformed into His likeness.


Reflection: How has past correction shaped me into greater holiness and peace?


Prayer: Father, help me endure correction with patience. Remind me that it is producing holiness in me and training me for righteousness.

Our human fathers correct us for a short time, and they do it as they think best. But Elohim (God) corrects us for our own good, because He wants us to be holy, as He is.
